~ the merging of Girlhood &Womanhood ~

π’ͺde to π’œphrodite is a collection of writing & poetic expression from my self, dreams, experience. The merging of girlhood & womanhood, Pluto & Venus. Deeply emotional, an untwining & unearthing of layers. Embodying the instinctual urge to feel everything intensely, transformatively, primally ~ exploring the fullness, ripeness, richness of life in all it's beauty & complexity.

Hunger for deep intimate bonding. Hungry Scorpio ghosts & shadows, filtering through the subterranean, haunting, needing release. If my Moon square Pluto was a song it would be Tori Amos β€˜Cornflake Girl’. Nightmarish, turbulent, beautifully raw, sensual.

on Grace & Resurrection ~

Once again, just as in my childhood, the day of Resurrection falls on my birthday & the Easter days leading up to it feel like a symbolic death. Decent into darkness like the mythological Persephone, rumbling undercurrents as earth shifts & opens to allow her rebirth. The Aries glyph, {a bud}, emerging from the soil.
